At Ally, I collaborated with stakeholders and development teams to establish sprint scope, timelines, and feasibility for user interface design.
I partnered with CX and IA to enhance user experience by testing and researching solutions.

I designed user flows, wireframes, screen comps, and prototypes using user-centered design practices. My design rationale during was sold through company-wide open Forum Meetings and Critique Sessions. Working with usability, content strategy, and web development teams to achieve business objectives, I designed customer products such as Banking, Invest, Customer Onboarding, Security systems/interfaces, and Wealth products.

As lead UX Researcher and Designer, I successfully led the development team at HBCU Hub app in redesigning their mobile app and spearheaded their social media outreach efforts. I collaborated with an international development team, utilizing tools such as Marvell, Figma, Upwork, and Slack.
My contributions included wireframing, prototyping, qualitative research, ADA testing, UX writing, and conducting audience and competitive research.
I redesigned the mobile app for iOS, Android, and web, and provided designs and copies for the website with HTML edits.

I also maintained design systems and style guides and created engaging content using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and photography, employing visual design principles and UX writing. Additionally, I successfully managed advertising campaigns through Google Ads, conducted audience research, developed user personas, and monitored monthly KPIs across platforms using Google Analytics.
