As a UX designer at Ally, I led a project focused on delivering the best user experience to demonstrate Ally's commitment as an ally to its customers. The goal was to design impactful copy and placement on the limited login screen real estate, guiding users towards their preferred login method. We also addressed potential error scenarios for passwords and usernames, along with password confirmation modals tied to upcoming achievements. Our target audience consisted of privacy and security-conscious customers. The result is a strong portfolio showcasing my ability to create engaging, secure, and user-centered experiences for Ally's customers.
